The challenge
Delivering luxury-grade detailing and finishes while engineering the whole home to cyclone standards without compromising the open, pavilion-style aesthetic.
Our response
A pavilion plan linked by breezeways, concealed structural reinforcement, full-height glazing with cyclone-rated systems, and a curated palette of stone, spotted gum and brass.
The result
A genuinely resort-grade residence where the engineering disappears and the craft is everywhere you look.
